What is Part 135 Charter – “Private Jet Charter”

What is Part 135 Charter?  Part 135 certificate is required if an operator provides air transportation to persons or property for compensation or hire.  The Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) require the certificate be issued.  As a certificate holding entity, Dupage Aerospace complies with a list of FAA requirements including areas of flight operations, maintenance and training.  More information can be found at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) website.
