Will my rental car or limo really be waiting on the tarmac for me when I land?
In most airports the answer is “yes”. In the busy ones that don’t allow it, the car will be waiting at the FBO a short walk away.
Why can't I have more than 8 people in a 8 person plane if someone will sit on the floor?
Safety rules won’t allow it. Oxygen masks are needed for each person per FAA rules.
Do people charter planes for just themselves?

Can I use the bathroom on a jet I charter?

Where will the plane pick me up and drop me off?
Flights departing and arriving at DuPage Airport will utilize our facility. Elsewhere, our aircraft park at An FBO (Fixed Base Operator), which is a facility that is designed to handle the needs of general aviation aircraft. DuPage Aerospace carefully screens the FBOs that we use to ensure that we use clean, modern facilities that offer our passengers the highest possible comfort and conveniences.
Do I have to go thru Customs on International Flights?
The general rule is that each aircraft entering the U.S. must stop and clear customs at the first airport of entry. Many airports, however, are designated airports of entry and will allow the aircraft and passengers to fly direct from certain countries and clear into the U.S. rather than having to stop at the first airport of entry.
Customs officials come directly to the aircraft to clear the passengers and the process typically takes 10 to 20 minutes.
What are “Slots?”
At certain airports the FAA requires all arriving aircraft to reserve a landing time, otherwise referred to as a slot. Slots become available at some specific time prior (usually 72 hours) to any requested arrival time and are not confirmed until 24 hours prior to the day of travel. Slots are typically restricted and more difficult to obtain during peak travel times to popular ski and tropical destinations such as Aspen and Florida or around major events such as the Superbowl and the Masters. Slots are a little like the lottery; there’s no way to guarantee getting one. When Slot Programs are in effect, we recommend that you be as flexible as possible with regard to arrival and departure times and that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to avoid delays. Delays can result in forfeiture of a slot time, in which case your flight may be redirected to an alternate city, delayed or worst case, cancelled.
